Oil weeping checks

I've found all sorts of places where the fastening screws/nuts needed to be "snugged up", as oil was in evidence below the component they were holding in place. Most of these are on the accessory case. Unfortunately with the engine mounted in the plane lots of these are challenging to get to and for most there is no shot at using a torque wrench:
- Valve cover slotted screws (24)
- Prop governor mounting nuts (4)
- Magneto clamping nuts (4)
- Oil filter adapter mount (4 <- one of these is impossible to get at with the filter in place.)
- Vacuum pump drive blank cover (4).
- Rear governor "adapter" plate (4). This is a mystery, but apparently some variant of the IO-360 has a governor mounted at the rear.
