I would have asked two different questions around this topic: communication with the dealer (which in my experience with Premier has been Good/Excellent) vs. communication with the manufacturer (Poor/Fair).
As lead times have grown from a few months to the current 2+ years, Diamond Aircraft Industries could go a long way toward improving the waiting-for-delivery experience with more frequent updates and photos from the production floor. As it has been up to now, the times you’re likely to hear from DAI mostly involve bad news.
