Evionica Training Program

Post by RDGUSLLC »

Has anyone used the Evionica Training program for the DA42? I signed up, paid the fee and registered. I get into the website fine but every time I attempt to access one of the class segments I get the following error:
"MissingKeyMissing Key-Pair-Id query parameter or cookie value"

I contacted customer service but nothing from them so far.

Would appreciate anyone who has had experience with the program commenting.

Thant you

Hi Roger, I am going through the DA40NG training using Safari. Here's a link to the "fix."
https://aviation.evionica.com/knowledge ... a-cbt-unit

In short, you have to disable several browser cookie/tracking features to get the training program to work. If you don't want to do this with your "main" browser, you can download a different browser just for using this system.

I will be interested in hearing what you think of the training.

I went through the DA42 training last year. Was just ok. A few mistakes in it, and several language issues. Wish it don’t expire. Seemed expensive for just a short rental period. Some very good graphics though, which for a graphical learner is great.

I am about 1/2 way through. On a 1 to 10 scale, I would give it a 3. Not nearly as good as Martha and John King Training programs. I agree regarding the expense and short duration of use. It should be a long term reference. The subtitles are small and hard to read. A lot is simply copied from the POH. Does decent job of telling what things are but offers little regarding the benefits of the why the plane was made as it was.
