Data Card File structures
Hi guys, would someone be kind enough to share the file structures on the data cards. I am trying to reload databases and for some reason the internal check list is showing "N/A". which card does the *.*.ace file go? MFD?

For DA40NG G1000NXI the file is "checklist.gcl" It goes in the top level of the sd-card. I figured it out, basically the chklist.ace file needs to be on the bottom MFD card. Once I renamed the file provided by diamond the G1000 recognized it right away. This is likely true for all Legacy G1000 2008-> 2012.
Also, because this was a clean update on both cards, they look an hour to sync up.

NXI is obviously different I knew already.
DA 40 System 0321.23 2002-2012 GDU software version 12.05. forum has the answer now if someone looks it up.
For Clean data install using Garmin or JDM

Downloaded the chklist.ace file from diamond put in bottom SD card on MFD.... Still says checklist: Invalid.... Any thoughts?

rename the file provided by Diamond to "chklist.ace", ensure it's saved on the bottom MFD Card

tried a couple versions from others who have posted... always says invalid... put in top and bottom MFD cards no luck
