My XLS has the integrated CO detector, but during winter I also fly with a backup - works excellent.

TAS600 was factory installed. Love the system especially good when traveling into Canada’s airspace where those cowboys have no ads-b. I’m very happy with it especially as coupled to the GTX345r

I have Tanis (I’m in Michigan so I need it). I’m very happy with the tanis performance. Needs about 2hrs to warm oil 20F-40F. I use a cellphone switch to control from home. Thanks Everyone ! Update as follows I contacted Dillon and they shipped me the DA40 kit that they fabricate. Cost with shipping was $126.95. I purchased 3M 5200 from Home Depot (per Dillon). Very pleased with the communication on this forum and Dillon Aircraft for making this kit available for DA40 ...

I pay $320 for a 44ft hangar.
I would not even consider putting the airplane outside. Piece of mind is worth much more to me then the cost. That said, at $800/mo I’d likely be considering another airport.

Airtug NFE-4 Bought this model a few years ago - it has been a very dependable workhorse at a fair price. Here in michigan tires are a big deal and the tread on the NFE-4 gets the job done.
