See attached Hartzell prop bulletin. I would recommend the SHC100 use it in all aircraft with cleveland wheels

I would echo to check with Diamond. We have had leading edge cracks similar to what your pictures show. I was told by Diamond that they are caused by the shrinking of filler that they use to mold the leading edges. Temperature changes shrink the filler to give cracks like that. It usually (and I say...

I would say that you probably have a bolt that is rusted/seized into a bearing. Particularly where the flight controls bolt onto the wing. Having someone replace the bolts maybe all that is needed.
