Kai, I notice when I reply to a PM, it sits in my out box and never gets moved to sent. I also never hear back from the person I sent it to so I can only assume its not getting to them.
Am I doing something wrong or is it a glitch? I'm using an I pad mini.

I got yours and sent one back as well. I looked in my sent box and some are showing up and several others seem to get stuck in the out box.

Jeff, I got yours and sent a reply as requested.
It is "normal" PMs you send to show up in your Outbox until they are read by the other person, so maybe nothing is really wrong. It looks like maybe the notification of new PM's is broken, because I didn't get any notice about your new PM. I still see Eric's PM in my Outbox, but Jeff's is gone.
It looks like it is all working ok to me. Except maybe the notifications - which could explain why people aren't reading their PMs! I'll try to look at it this week.

Ah, ok. That makes perfect sense. The ones still stuck in my outbox just were never read by the other person.
By the way, my notifications work every time I log on. My I pad asks me if it can open a pop up window and that let's me know about my pm. Haven't used any other type of computer or tapatalk.

Based on my sample size of three, it seems like PMs are working now. Also, I received the usual notification popup this morning for my pending PMs - possibly I just didn't wait long enough last night. I also received emails for each pending PM. So, it appears everything is back to normal for the moment.

Sorry for the delay in answering and taking care of this issue, Jeff and Eric! I have tested this with Eric's account settings and couldn't reproduce the error. Not sure why this happened and forgot to dig deeper into it or to reply. I was so busy with some work I desperately have to finish on my properties back in Germany that I abandoned DAN for a few weeks now.Gnomad wrote:I was wondering about this... Rick has kindly taken over administration and has helped out with a lot of things on the backend, too. I hope to be able to dedicate more time again in about two weeks when back in Spain where I do most of my work online.
