Yes, the Double Bubble Canopy as it was defined at the factory to me look exactly like this one here that I was able to find in this forum on another post:

Its a bit bigger and has a ridge separating the left and right sides.

The double bubble canopy was originally developed in Austria for the DA42 MPP (Multi-Purpose Platform): a version of the DA42 equipped with a 3rd alternator, additional antennas/pods and extensive electrical system wiring for surveillance, mapping and other equipment to be installed. MPPs have been sold to law enforcement, military, environmental, and other (usually government) customers.
MPP pilots often wear helmets, so the double bubble canopy is needed to provide additional headroom. But these canopies can be fitted to other DA42s and to DA40s. While functional, I think the double bubble canopy looks ugly and spoils the lines of the aircraft.
