Fuel cap lubricant
Noticing that one of my main tank fuel caps on my 2006 DA42 is a little hard to pull off (requires 2 hands). Any tips on how to lubricate the cap so it’s easier?

Re: Fuel cap lubricant
I suggest Boshield T9. It's a lubricant designed for aluminum by Boeing, though I've used it on other metals as well and prefer it to traditional light oil. Pretty widely available. I recommend the smallest container you can find as you won't use that much of it.
