Solution for sagging DA42 canopy head liner

Greetings everyone,

My family and I are new owners of a 2006 DA42 NG. Now that we have had the plane for close to a month I am working on a few cosmetic items that need a little TLC. One of these items is the head liner fabric on the underside of canopy is sagging. This is just the fabric itself, not any padding underneath.

First of all, is this normal on Diamonds? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for a good fix?
