Does anyone have a acceptance or return to service checklist for the DA40 NG, I get my new bird somewhere in March and will try to go over every detail.
DA40 NG will be N268PA

You can use the Check Flight Report in the DA40NG Aircraft Maintenance Manual (05-28-92) for a part of your acceptance process. The AMM is available from the Diamond Tech Pubs website.

You've asked the distributor to determine if your engine is on the MSB list?

Are you getting it disassembled or is it being flown in? Are you doing the maintenance or a service center? Functional checks Engine Ground Test accomplished IAW DA 40 NG AMM 05-28-91 - ENGINE GROUND TEST REPORT and Section 71-00-00 para 3 and Diamond DA40NG Airplane Flight Manual (DA40NG AFM) Doc# 6.01.15E. GET FAMILIAR with the Maint Manual BOTH Diamond and Austro as well as the AFM...they're "interesting" to say the least. Good Luck!
