I just thought I'd interject some data about my current Dukes. 9-1/2 years, probably 1200 cycles. I estimate 50 hours of operating time.

I just had my second intermittent failure on the electric fuel pump. It's the 2009 original. Do we all still like the Weldon 18002-B pump as the preferred replacement?

My Dukes failed 2 1/2 yrs ago and I replaced it with a Weldon. It’s had a lot of use since then. This year I got my instrument rating and we turned it on maneuvers, every practice approach, start-ups, take-offs, landings, run-ups and fuel tank changes. It seems robust.

Weldon or CJ. Dukes got to the point that overhaul cost more than a new one...
