I bumped into this more or less by luck. It is free but you must register.

The router is excellent - much better than flightplan pro and they have a terrific weather planning service.
Only drawback is that they dont use the european weather forecasts (not public domain) but an US one. So we should cross check with a "local" forecast. Really worth a look though. Enjoy!

Yes Antoine, I found this site too and registered a few weeks ago, it was mentioned by another member on DAN.
I tested it and I confirm that the planning is really good and the briefing documentation awesome.
Further more it is fast
I also spotted an other App by AeroPlus but have not tested it yet. It is usable from Skydemon.
I bought the subscription for AeroPlus Weather which also give very interesting briefings.
