Subject: We need your feedback - Customer Survey Diamond Aircraft Products 2022
Importance: High
Dear valued customer!
You are listed in our database as a Diamond Aircraft customer (either as an active or former customer). We have prepared a ‘Customer Survey – Product Feedback 2022’ and would be happy if you could help us with your valued feedback. Our goal with this survey is to receive inputs on our current products and to understand potential areas of improvement through your experience operating Diamond aircraft.
The survey is anonymous however, for statistical reasons we will ask you some general question related to your region, aircraft type, etc.
Depending on your answers, we expect that this survey will take approx. 20 minutes of your time. The more details you can provide, the better we can understand that status quo and identify in which areas we can focus our future developments to meet our pilot´s expectations.
Here is the link for the survey: Customer Survey – Product Feedback 2022
We would appreciate if you could provide us your feedback until Nov 21st, 2022.
More details on the survey background:
We have conducted a similar survey with a number of flight training operators two months ago. Now we would like to understand how our private customers/private owners feel about our products. The aim is to understand each operator group’s feedback and priorities. Your feedback counts! It will be analyzed comprehensively throughout our structure and shared with all management levels.
Please do consider that this survey has been sent to our sales partners upfront with the request to send it to their customer base as not all contact details may be up-to-date. We regret any inconvenience in case you receive it twice and, we are really looking forward to receiving your feedback.
In case of any help or support needed, feel free to contact us.
We thank you in advance for your participation.
My best regards,
Amila

Re: Customer Survey - Diamond Aircraft 2022
Chris- Thanks for this. I suspect it did not go to those of us who purchased our aircraft used. I revisited my suggestions for a DA41 and gave Diamond extensive comments. I'm skeptical as to what changes might come, but I appreciate the chance to communicate with them as part of a mass effort. Bernie

This didn't go to everyone. I didn't get the survey, and I bought a plane in May... Thanka for sending this along.

Re: Customer Survey - Diamond Aircraft 2022
I’m disappointed that there was no option to say “add me to your customer database”. I am second-hand owner, and have even unsuccessful at getting onto communications databases, other than the Austrian one that advises of new MSB/OSB.
I’m also surprised to find that my model doesn’t exist - you can’t enter a build date before 2008 for a DA40. I wonder what I’ve been flying these last few years?
