Hello,
I just made my 1000h visit and I decided to change the NLG elastomer on the very smart advices of some of you with the Berger-Tool ones.
I also decided to change the damper rod as my mechanic told me that the one in place was a bit worn.
I read somewhere that the maxi tolerance is 0,08mm of wear on it, is that correct.
I have no tool to measure the depth of the wear, but I guess it was urgent to change it.
Please check the enclosed picture and tell me what do you think about it.
Do you know if the stamping on the elastomers are the manufacturing date?
On mines it is written 21/16 on the big ones and 17/16 on the small one.
Thank you.
Arnaud.
