I think it's "normal" during the first few minutes of starting the system, i.e. when getting the air bubbles out of the lines. (I don't know if there are actually air bubbles in the system, but it sure seems like it to me).

I don't think I've ever seen it after both wings start weeping, but I also don't think I've ever run it over the 20C that Pekka referenced.

(I also just noticed that Pekka once co-owned OH-WOW... maybe one of the coolest tail numbers I've ever seen.)

I run it on High initially to get the wings wet. Usually takes up to 5-10 minutes if the system hasn’t been used in a while.
Which takes about 4-5 liters of TKS.
Once wings are wet it works instantly when you need it as you enter freezing IMC conditions

They usually drip 2-3 days roughly. My current hangar doesn't care (old concrete floor, full of prehistoric oil drippings etc), in the one I used earlier I put some trays underneath the wing edges near the engines and it collected the drippings quite effectively.
